2. Buckle up: Safety starts with you. Make sure you always wear your seatbelt whenever you are behind the wheel.

3. Maintain a safe distance from other vehicles: Always keep a safe distance from other vehicles, especially large trucks and buses.

4. Stay alert: Avoid distractions while driving such as texting, eating, or adjusting the radio. Always stay focused on the road.

5. Check your mirrors: Always check your mirrors regularly to see what’s behind you and to avoid sudden lane changes or unsafe passing.

6. Maintain your vehicle: Regular maintenance is crucial for a safe ride. Always check for any issues before driving your vehicle.

7. Watch for blind spots: Trucks and buses have large blind spots. Always be aware of these blind spots and avoid driving in them.

8. Be prepared for weather conditions: Always be prepared for extreme weather conditions like rain, snow or fog. Plan your trip accordingly.

9. Take breaks: Fatigue can be dangerous while driving. Ensure that you take breaks from time to time to rest and recharge.
