Welcome to DOT Mobile Express® the most convenient and affordable way to maintain your required Annual USDOT or BIT Vehicle Safety Inspection.
The DOT Mobile Express Advantage
DOT Mobile Express also provides standard vehicle inspections for customers operating non-USDOT tagged vehicles, but want their company vehicles to follow the same USDOT Inspection standards for vehicle safety and compliance requirements.
DOT Mobile Express provides truck & trailer safety inspections to certify your equipment is in compliance with federal transportation regulations. Your truck and trailer inspections will be performed by a qualified inspector.
All interstate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) or combination vehicles with a GVWR in excess of 10,001 GVW and all intrastate vehicles or combination vehicles with a GVWR in excess of 26,001 GVW (in Idaho, other states may vary) are required to have a periodic / annual DOT safety inspection. For combination units the power unit, dolly and trailer / semi-trailer are also required to be inspected.
All commercial motor vehicles listed above include, but are not limited to, car hauling equipment (pick up trucks with car trailer) and dump trucks are also subject to the same FMCSA’s and require periodic / annual safety inspections.

Fleet Services on-site on your Schedule
The old adjective, time is money still rings true as the cost associated with moving a unit off-site for USDOT Inspection services, let alone the cost of having a unit taken out of service even for a day adds up fast.
With weekday, evening, and weekend service available we come to you when your fleet is idle, saving you time, and money with little or no interruption in your daily work schedule
Trailers on standby or in storage still need their USDOT or other state inspections completed on time. Our team does not require a power unit coupled at the time of the inspection as our Mobile Service Units carry onboard Diagnostic Equipment to test Air Brake systems, leak-down, and Slack Adjuster testing. We also test all unit lights and even ABS lights, all meeting USDOT Inspection Standards.
